Chief Investment Officer - Now Hiring   The CIO’s Responsibilities include;  Sourcing and assessing impact investment opportunities  Financial analysis and forecasting of growth stage companies  Sourcing impact investment capital and establishing new funds  Sourcing and liaising with investors for transactions  Liaising with portfolio companies for governance and growth needs  Preparation of management and board reports for both Impact Investment Fund and select portfolio ventures;

Craig Swanger - Investment Committee (Sydney)   A NED, Investor, and experienced professional, with many stand out roles including 5 years as the chief Economist for FIIG, and a 15-year career at Macquarie Bank where his roles included Head of Macquarie Global Investments, CEO of Macquarie Agricultural Funds Management and most recently Chief Investment Officer and Head of Innovation.  Craig also spent time at Coopers & Lybrand Consulting and KPMG.

Pascal has over 25 year’s experience in banking, finance and fund management and is passionate about Impact Investment.
